Our cardio based classes that offer the ultimate training for building a strong, resilient cardiovascular system.

MORE CARDIO & YOGA 

A 30 minute cardio block followed by a 30 minute yoga & flow session to build strength through mobility, and develop a reinforced range of motion.

MORE COMPETE

Compete against your peers to top the leaderboard. If you like to test your fitness against the rest, then this session is for you. Each weekly workout will be different and packed full of different components of fitness.

MEMBER'S OPEN GYM

The MORE Member's Only Open Gym Hour.
Your hour to use the MadeForMORE HQ as you need to reach your goals. Catch up on a missed MORE BODY or MORE HEART session, work on your mobility, take time to stretch, in this hour the space is yours to use to support your health and fitness goals.
